This commitment extends across all our operations, aiming to provide a seamless shopping experience by adhering to the highest standards of service regardless of location.
2. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to change your mind and return your purchase within 14 days of receipt without having to provide any reason. This applies to all products, except for those that are personalized or hygienic.
3. Conditions for Non-Defective Product Returns
Returns are accepted if the items are in their original condition and unused. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless ExyaShop has made an error in shipping or the item is defective.
4. Conditions for Defective Product Returns
If a product is delivered damaged or has a manufacturing error, the customer may request a replacement or a refund. Customers must contact us at contact@exyashop.com with their order details and a clear photo of the defect.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 days after ExyaShop receives the returned item.
6. Return Addresses
For returns due to defective products, please send the items back to the original sender’s address provided by Printify. This ensures that your return is processed quickly and efficiently in case of any manufacturing faults.

7. Exceptions
